The Czech Alphabet knows all letters from the basic Latin Alphabet. In addition, there are lots of diacritic letters. The characters Ě, Ů and Ý never appear at the begin of a word, so that they are only used when writing uppercase. In our table, uppercase and lowercase letters were combined, so that the uppercase letters also represent the appearance of lowercase letters. Because the diacritic characters often can not displayed on web pages, the are often omitted.
