Character Frequency: Estonian (Eesti)

Below you can see a table showing the frequencies of letters, as they occur in the Estonian language. This list was created with the character counter, which is integrated in the WordCreator. Basis of this list was an Estonian text with 2.051.977 characters (321.323 words), 1.655.421 characters was used for the counting. The text consists of a good mix of different literary genres. Of course, if another text was used as a basis, the result would be slightly different.

The list may only be used together with the publishing of the internet adress stefantrost.de and the prior consent of Stefan Trost (contact).

The left list is sorted according to the letters, the right list in accordance with the frequency of the letters. Accordingly, the letters A, E and I are the most common letters in the Estonian language.
