On this page you can see some screenshots of the Unit Converter. Images from the comparison mode, the table mode and the settings are shown.
In this Screenshot you can see the comparison of two units. Fist the category Length was selected, after that the display was set to "Compare two Units". In the example, the units Inch and Metre where compared. As a value 1/3 inch was choosen which is equal to 0.0084667. The comma is used as decimal separator in this screenshot, but you can also use the point for that.
When choosing units, you can enter some characters into the box like in the next screenshot. So it is possible to find units without going through the complete list of units.
Table with Units
If you set the display to "Table with all Units", you can see a table with all of the available units like in the next screenshot. In addition, the filter "litre,ancient" is choosen, so that in the table only ancient measurements and the litre is shown.
In the last screenshot you can see some of the settings of the Unit Converter. For example, you can change the format of the values, the decimal places, the characters used with the units and the decimal separator. The following settings are pre-defined, so that you can use the Unit Converter without changing anything. More informatiuon about the settings, you can read in the help section settings.
You can enlarge the screenshots by clicking on the pictures. Then a pop up window opens with a high resolution image.
The screenshots have been created with the Clipboard Saver. With this tool you can automatically save screenshots in an arbitrary format and you can concurrently scale the images to your desired size.
