Text Editing
Functions for pure text processing can be found in the area "Actions > Text" on the right side of the main window of the TextConverter. These functions always refer to the text as a whole. This means that these actions are always carried out without considering lines, possible CSV cells or a possible XML structure of the text or the text file.
If you want to edit lines, CSV data or XML files taking into account the respective structure, you can use the functions from the areas line processing, CSV processing or XML processing.
In the current version of the TextConverter, the following functions are available for pure text editing:
- Replace
- Delete
- Trim
- Prepend
- Append
- Insert
- Counter
- Rewrite
- Writing
- Transliteration and Transcription
- Action Lists
